Terms

Outviral is a public leaderboard of X posts. You pay to put a post on the board. Rank is the listing amount — nothing else. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

Ranking and payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. A completed payment is what claims the rank.
• If the same post is already listed at that amount or higher by the time payment finishes, the charge is refunded. Cancelling or letting checkout expire is not charged.
• Those race-condition refunds are the only refunds. We do not refund a listing because you changed your mind, the post lost rank later, or the original post was deleted.

What you can list

• A public X post. Paste an x.com or twitter.com status URL. Profiles, search links, and anything that is not a specific post are not accepted.
• The post must still be public and available. Deleted or private posts cannot be claimed.
• Links to sexual content are not allowed. If it is porn, NSFW, or an adult account, it does not belong on the board.

Public listings

• Your listing is public. The post is shown on the board, and clicks go through to the original post on X.
• Anyone can raise any post by paying at least $1 above its current amount.
• We can remove a listing that breaks these terms, the rules, or that we do not want on the board.

No warranty

• The site is provided as is. Rank, uptime, and traffic are not guaranteed.
• We can change prices, ranking, or these terms, or shut the service down, at any time.
